Agile Coaching
The transformation to Agile from other practices can be difficult. Hearts, minds and previous ways of thinking and working must all be changed for Agile to truly be successful. Success comes not simply from "doing Agile", but in "being Agile". We work to create a detailed plan of all the steps and roles to be addressed in making this transition. We start with our successful "Playbook" and tailor it as needed to meet your specific environment. Finally, we roll up our sleeves and work with you during real production activities.
During this transformation we may act as Trainer, Mentor, Coach or Consultant. In the end you will have work teams who are equipped to be successful, and backed by business stakeholders who support this new way of producing high quality results.
ScrumMaster
We can act as ScrumMaster in an Agile team to assist the Product Owner with product backlog groom activities, leading various Scrum ceremonies, providing Agile metrics, removing barriers and having conversations with business stakeholders. In this role we will help the team in working to enhance agility, raise the level of quality and more accurately estimate and improve work output.
Product Owner
In the Product Owner role we can act as the liaison between the client/stakeholder and the development team. We will work to create user stories, prioritize work, line up potential sprint work items, define acceptance criteria and interact with business analysts and the development team. We will combine our deep understanding of Agile with the specific domain knowledge of your business to deliver requirements and act as the advocate for the business/client in the software development process.
Product Manager
The Product Manager is the Voice of the Customer for new product development. In this role we will engage with clients and stakeholders to help create new features and applications that solve real-world problems and prioritize the monetizing of new work produced by the development team. We will work with Marketing and Sales to craft the product roadmap, and equip these teams for the messaging and selling of the products.
Business Analysis
Acting as a Business Analyst we can work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new features and new products. We will utilize our skills in gathering information and writing requirements to thoughtfully and thoroughly document the needed functionality of new features and applications, along with test cases and acceptance criteria.
